Core Return Policy

To keep our prices affordable, we require the return of your old transmission (the core). We make it easy: after installing your remanufactured unit, simply contact us to arrange your FREE core pickup, we cover the shipping! Just schedule the return within 30 days. If you choose the “Waive Core Charge” option, your card will only be charged if the core isn’t returned. Need more time? Let us know! Remember, the warranty depends on returning your core.

We deliver your remanufactured transmission quickly and affordably to any commercially zoned business address in the continental U.S. In stock orders typically arrive within 7 business days. Please note: Residential or liftgate deliveries incur a $99 fee. Every transmission is fully tested before shipping, but be sure to inspect deliveries on arrival and report any issues immediately. We’re here to make sure you’re fully satisfied.

It’s fully transferable, covers parts and labor at certified shops, and ensures you get instant replacement if needed. Coverage spans up to 5 years/unlimited miles for personal use and up to 3 years/unlimited miles for commercial use (depending on the unit).
